Mr. Odom previously served as the President of CHR Solutions, Software Solutions Business Unit. He joined CHR Solutions when the company purchased Martin Group in September 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Odom served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of Martin Group, a nationwide leader of Software Solutions, Business Services, and Engineering that addressed the operational and marketplace challenges faced by communications providers.  Mr. Odom joined Martin Group as CEO in September 2000. During his tenure, the company greatly increased its market reach through new product offerings addressing the software and engineering needs of wireline and wireless telecommunications companies, and through several acquisitions.

Prior to joining Martin Group, Mr. Odom was Vice President and head of the OSS business unit for the Network Support Division of Harris Corporation, a $2 billion global communications technology company. His responsibilities at Harris included marketing, sales, installation and development of networking applications, operational support systems, and services for utilities, cable TV, telecommunications companies, government agencies, and OEMs. Mr. Odom launched this business unit in 1996 and doubled sales each year of his tenure. 

Mr. Odom has Bachelor of Science degrees in both Management and Business Data Processing.

With nearly 20 years of corporate financial experience, Mr. Keithahn most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Solunet, Inc., a computer network equipment reseller and portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vision Solutions, Inc., an international software company, where he launched several new product lines and significantly grew annual revenues.
 
Mr. Keithahn began his career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen, where he held various management and staff positions with a significant focus on high technology companies.

Mr. Keithahn holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics with Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Pappalardo has a diverse technical and business background in the communications industry accumulated while serving at Harris Corporation, Harris Stratex Networks, and Aviat Networks.  His responsibilities have spanned manufacturing and industrial engineering, software and hardware engineering management, project management, international business development, and sales. With more than 15 years of Operational Support System experience covering telecommunication and data networks and multiple generations of the NetBoss product line, Mr. Pappalardo has played a major role in developing the business which now covers hundreds of projects deployed in more than 60 countries.

Mr. Pappalardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and master’s degree in Industrial Operations from Bradley University.

Prior to NetBoss Technologies, Mr. Thomson served as CEO of CopperCom, a leading supplier of hardware and software systems for the U.S. voice-over-IP market. As COO, and later CEO, he led the growth of the company, increasing revenues four fold during his tenure. He has over 25 years of telecommunications experience, including technical and senior management roles with GTE, Lucent Technologies and Silicon Valley and Florida based start-ups. Mr. Thomson brings this broad leadership experience to bear in his direction of product development, deployment, and support of NetBoss Technologies solutions for the global customer base.

Mr. Thomson graduated in 1984 from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and the DESY laboratory in Hamburg, Germany with a Ph.D. in experimental particle physics focusing on particle detector hardware design and software analysis of real time data.
